What skills do I use to release individual resources?

I connect people and support them in their communication skills. The aim is to make communication more transparent, easier to experience and more accessible, so that people can meet each other in new ways. By outlining different perspectives, I enable my clients to develop a better understanding of the other person. People who wish to improve their communication skills are given practical methods and useful tools to make lasting progress.

My analytical skills help me to recognise communicative characteristics, to identify communicative potential in different contexts and to offer tailor-made programmes. This is done in an agile way and as part of a process. Whenever it is useful, the approaches are inspired by current, socially relevant trends. I combine experience-based knowledge with insights from current research and regularly attend further training courses by experts in the field.

Since 2022 I have also been offering further training in healthcare organizations, combining experience from grief work with experience from communication training. The aim of these courses is to enable diversity and culturally sensitive support in hospice and children's hospice work.
