I am an expert in intercultural communication. For more than 20 years I have been coaching and training teams and individuals who work and live in an international context.

The focus of my approach is to jointly discover resources that enhance and strengthen individual communication potential. It is important to me that not only methods and techniques are learnt. Awareness and self-perception should also be enhanced so that communication becomes possible from rather agile attitudes and holistic perspectives.

As a coach and trainer, I support international companies and institutions by accompanying their executives and travelling partners as they prepare for their new life situation. I design customised trainings in the fields of Intercultural communication, language coaching and dealing with diversity and ambiguity.

I have been active as a bereavement counsellor since 2019. As a group leader of TrauBe Köln e.V, I accompany relatives of grieving children.

The training courses take place in a one-to-one setting or in groups. Duration typically ranges from one to two days.
